I got those for my twins' 2nd birthday. They liked it at first but put the pieces anywhere, but they actually grew into them as they started to learn how to match colors and put the pieces in the right spot... in that aspect it's more educational than most wood knob puzzles, as it teaches sorting, and you can use it to teach colors, animals etc.br /br /My main issue with it really is that the quality is really bad. I ended up getting rid of the red puzzle because they put a couple pieces in their mouth and it pretty much destroyed them... you would think that for a toddler puzzle, they would make them more resistant.

This was a great, inexpensive gift for my nieces and nephews aged 2 and below. In my opinion, Melissa Doug have much better puzzles, but the kids seem to enjoy these.

i ordered then not really knowing what I was getting, the package arrived on time and so far its been lot's of fun my daughter is only 15 months and she really enjoys fitting all the pieces together the best that she can. I think its a great puzzle for beginners but for children over the age a 3 might find it boring, I think its a great learning puzzle for beginners.

10-month old enjoys these puzzles. She cannot match them yet, but because the pieces are the same size she can put them in and take them out.
